My favorites are by Hero Arts. I also like the ones by Kaiser Kraft, and I use those by M. Richards. The Richards ones tend to be a little cloudy, though, not as bright as the ones from Hero Arts.
I buy my rhinestones at Walmart, haven't ever seen another brand in the stores over here! I like the crystal colored ones the best, because they sorta match anything, but I do love the pink ones too 'cause I use a lot of pink.
I like Swarovski the best - I think they are more sparkley than other kinds. I get mine at artbeads.com. Very fast shipping and prices are reasonable. I think shipping is free too. I usually get the 16mm size or 12mm, I can't remember off the top of my head. Sometimes Hobby Lobby has them 1/2 off in the jewelry department and that is a good buy too.

Swarovski here too. More pricey, but definitely worth it for the sparkle. I like to get the Iron-on ones and heat them up with my heat gun. Works like a charm.

I like to use the packages of cell phone bling! They are sticky back so you don't need adhesive and way cheaper than most packages of rhinestones! I even found some packages on clearance at Walmart.

I absolutely LOVE the Artbeads site.....cannot wait to order some and also look at some of the other sites listed here for bling. They just make the cards POP.
Another cheaper option... if you have a beauty supply store nearby, head in for the rhinestones that are used for manicures and pedicures... a little dab of Mono adhesive and voila!!!
I'm cheap on that kind of thing. I bought a pack of little rhinestones in the Wal-Mart clothes decoration section. They're meant to be ironed on. But there's like 300 in a pack for $1.97.

I have some with adhesive, some without. Always buy the crystal ones, then if I need a color, I use my Sharpies.

I get my "bling" from the dollar stores in my neighbourhood- they are the fingernail decorations which already have glue on the back. They are very reasonably priced, and I just pick and choose the "gems" I want to use with my tweezers. HeroArts Gemstones are an alternative- 132 teeny little pieces for about 2.50.
Any brand, various sizes and lots of different colors for variety. You never know what you may need at any given time for cards. As long as they are sparkly and not cloudy! I love the bling
