Default European Watercolor paper

I was wondering what this is and where one can buy it? It is needed for the Water Color Bleed cards.
Thanks for any help

Any watercolour paper will do. I have a feeling the *European* might be in the description that some particular company uses, but it's no different. You'd find watercolour paper in the arts section of a craft store, or in an art store. Cold pressed is the most common. Hot pressed is a smoother finish but costs more. Some brands are whiter than others, but by the nature of the manufacturing process, no watercolour paper is bright white.
