Default ecraft-pulling my hair out, plz help!!

Hi, i purchased a pre-owned ecraft which has already been registered by its previous owner. When i try to register it, it recognises its already been registered! I'm therefore unable to download the drivers and software i need for it. What can i do??? Have contacted craftwell but no reply......

If anyone has any ideas i would be extremely grateful

Thanks!

Simplest thing to do is to return the eCraft to who ever you purchased it from and get your money back. That's why I would never purchase a craft tool second hand.

I don't know what ecraft is, but if it's software...there is an authorization code that the original user needed in order to register the product. You can contact the seller to give you that code and then you will be able to register the product. If you've tried that already, you have no other option but to return it.

I purchased a second hand Gazelle from a member here, all I had to do was contact Bosskut and they re-registered it to my name.
