OK, so I love the tool but I find that every time I seem to pull it out it is to stamp images on paper that is "too small". The handle doesn't touch the paper I am stamping on. KWIM?
Does anyone have a remedy to this...something easy and simple that I haven't figured out?

I'm not sure if I know what you mean or not, but...I think your trouble is keeping the cardstock 'still' while you use the SAMJ and sheet? I lay down a small amount of Tombow Mono Multi on my scratch paper and let it dry (it becomes temporary adhesive) and then stick my cardstock to it. Then use the SAMJ and imaging sheet/stamps as needed. Then I can remove the cardstock from it's temporary 'stuck' down and add it to my project.

Genius! Why didn't I think of that? (Probably because I am trying to stamp with a little one in my lap...maybe that's why my cardstock is moving? :-D ) Thanks for the input and the compliment!

I stick my little pieces of paper onto the sticky section of a post-it note. The SAMJ handle holds down the post-it. I can use the same post-it note over and over.
It's something I'm thinking about getting, so I'm interested hearing various feedback. So obviously this isn't from my experience, but couldn't you stamp on larger paper/cardstock and trim it down after? That's always what I've done when I've been trying to match up the two layers for the magic card where placement really does matter.
I don't worry about the handle touching the paper that I'm stamping on just so long as the image is where I want. At times I have to roate the card or the SAMJ to get the image where I want.
I bought a SAMJ but never use it; one of these days I'll have time to practice with it! I just had to say though that I love the title of this thread! I'm picturing you doing a dance! LOL, thanks for the laugh!

This seems easy in theory but I am an assembly-line card maker (and I make 2-10, at least, of the same card at a time) so this would get really old trying to make all the pieces fit cutting them all individually like that. Is this as clear as mud? :-D
