Default Does anyone know where to find those flat glass ornaments?

Hi,
I saw some really cute ornaments made with those flat clear glass ornaments. i had seen them before at Michaels but when I went there they only have the round ones.I asked someone in the store and they said that is all they will have this year. Does anyone know where I can find them?

Thanks!!

I know what you are talking about because I had a friend who was looking for these. I'm not a lot of help but maybe someone else can chime in. I received a book in the mail that had all kinds of craft stuff...I can't think of the name of it and I gave the catty to my friend. She was looking to buy a large quantity that was not available in the store. Anyone know this catalog I'm talking about? I wouldn't have even noticed the ornaments except she asked me about the the day before. They are like round glass ornaments but flattend.

I saw them at Walmart a couple of weeks ago. If you have a Hobby Lobby around, I would check there too. I'm pretty sure I saw them there as well, but I'm not 100% sure.

If you're talking about what I think, I saw them in the Paper Wishes catalog.

If you have a craft warehouse in your area, they have several different shapes, including the flat round

I found some of these today at AC's. They are in the area up front with the kids Christmas craft kits. They had different shapes too, like hearts, which would be fun for Valentine's gifts. And they are reasonable too at $1 each.
The only downside to making these is the price of the glass etching medium which was $25 for a small jar! Ouch!!

I got them at Michael's & Joann's in the floral department. They don't always have them out.
