I love Memento as well. I bought all the refills.
I think I am not going to buy the refills for the new PTI inks. I hopeTsukineko will release more Memento colors.

I've had problems with the lighter colors (Sweet Blush, Spring Moss, Spring Rain) and bought them in the new forumula, NO PROBLEMS! I am a lover of the new forumula, they give such great coverage and the colors are very vibrant (especially Terracotta Tile, yuummmy!) If you haven't tried the new formula yet, I'd give one color a try and see how you like it

HI! Where are you all getting your Memento ink pads? I have the black and brown and want to try some other colors.

Interesting how we can all have such very different experiences. I have most of the older colors in cubes, and love them. I have the "new style" in spring moss and terracotta tile, and love them, too.

I've gotten some from 7 Kids College Fund and Crop Stop. I think Fran has them over at Frantic Stamper. Ellen Hutson has a few colors but I couldn't find many - maybe I just wasn't looking in the right spot. Oh, I think Blockhead stamps has them also.

Gina K Designs carries some of them too. And she is running a special right now where if you buy $35 (I think that's the right amouint) worth of product, you get a stamp set (up to a certain value) for free. (I don't work for Gina, but I do have lots of her products & she is amazing at shipping orders.)

I love using Vivid inks for stamping for both rubber and clear. It's the only ink I've gotten consistent coverage from for both kinds of stamps. I have tried both Craft and classic SU, Hybrid and Pigment PTI and Memento and none stamps as well as Vivid. GinaK sells some colors that match her cardstocks. I just wish they have them in more colors.

Wow you guys, I confess I am a big PTI fan~ only ever had a problem with the lighter inks which have been fixed with the switch to a different formulation. If you go to my blog, almost all of my cards are with PTI inks, and almost all have some PTI product or another. I love matchy matchy, but also recognise that between paper, fabric (ribbons) and plastic (buttons) not everything is perfect.

They take some practice to use, though, because you can sometimes get a little ink built up at the edges, which leaves the edges of the images a little darker or "smooshed" for lack of a better word. PTI is gradually phasing out all of the older hybrid inks as the old pads sell out of their store. Right now the following inks are the new pigment: Orange Zest, Terracotta Tile, Spring Moss, Spring Rain, Sweet Blush, Aqua Mist, Lemon Tart, Hibiscus Burst, and Raspberry Fizz. I may have missed one, but I think those are the ones that are now pigment. All the rest are still the old version of the ink. They started selling the new pigment inks a few months ago, but I can't remember which month, maybe September? Hope this helps! You can also check out the PTI forum on their website for more info.

Thanks so much for this info. Why on earth doesn't PTI post this on their site so you would know what you are ordering. I love many things about them but it seems they have handled this formula change poorly in both production and promotion.
