The Dies Bandwagon
I keep hearing of stamp companies introducing their line of dies or ones custom made for them by Spellbinders. The two most recent are Serendipity and Savvy Stamps, and Local King will have some soon. Who else has recently brought out new die designs?
Just so you don't need to mention older ones, these come to mind as ones that have been around awhile:
Cheery Lynn Designs
Heartfelt Creations
Hero Arts
Joy Crafts
Marianne Creations
Memory Box
My Favorite Things
Nellie Snellen
Papertrey
Poppy Stamps
Prickley Pear
Quickutz (now Creative something)
Sizzix
Spellbinders

SU! has nested shape dies in the most recent mini catalogue.
Is Spellbinders really producing dies for all these companies?

I was just at a Stamp Convention this past weekend and saw Local King and I just loved them!!! Her dies are made by Spellbinder. She designed all of them so they are hers. I love the ostrich!! Was so cute. Love that she has SO many dies with matching stamps.
I think she will be up in Washington in May for the Stamp Convention. Guess you can fill some of your wish list . She is a new company and she said she will have a video up on her website in about a month on how she stamps, diecuts and embosses. I think she said she is from Canada

Cheery Lynn is made by Dies Direct in Phoenix. I recently attended a stamp show and found out that they also make dies for Die-Versions. I prefer the Cheery Lynn because they have the little pokey holes to help get out the paper ,and the other company does not and I had a heck of a time getting the paper out of the holes.. But they do have a purdy little Parasol.

Yes, she is from Canada. I have seen her the last 2 years at the stamp shows here in May. She is always there doing demo's - and I have purchased many of her sets thanks to those demo's! She also taught a class last time she was down here, but by the time I found out about it the class was full. I am hoping she'll do one again this year!

I haven't heard of Local King before. Just checked out the webbsite and love some of the stamps with matching dies.
It doesn't say on the site - but does anyone know if they ship internationally, or is it just US and Canada?
Thanks

I am not sure about on the web site, but she also sells on ebay, and her listings there say ships worldwide.

Thanks for starting this list! Never heard of Local King before. Great things! Does anyone know where to find any examples of cards using their stamps and dies? Would really like to see some samples before I totally fall for too many!

Cottage Cutz, made by scrappingcottage.com.
The one I just got has the little holes for helping remove the paper.

Dies Direct, the parent company for Cheery Lynn Designs manufactures dies for over 30 rubber stamp companies. To list a few:
Magnolia
Memory Box
My Favorite Things
Our Daily Bread
Papertrey Ink
Prickley Pear
The Stamp Doctor
Tickled Pink Stamps
Whiff of Joy
Whimsy Stamps
and the great part is these are made in the USA, not China.
