Cuttlebug embossing folders in Old Sizzix

OK.. so I know there are a ton of threads on this stuff, but I can't seem to find the details of what I'm looking for. Is is possible to use cuttlebug embossing folders in the old Sizzix machine? I have heard that it is, but what are the steps to make it work? I have the Converter and Adapters so I'm ready, I just need alittle help in the order to make it work. Hope that makes sense.

Forgot to mention, I do not have any embossing folders yet. When I buy one, do I just need to buy the folder all by itself???????

I do this all of the time. All you need is the converter. Then put the paper in the folder and crank it through! Works great!
