Default Crochet Flower Idea Share

Here are s couple things I have made with crochet flowers.

This first mini album is an old ledge book. I thought it was a neat shape, so I crochet a cover for it and added the flowers.

This is just some chipboard circles that I covered to make another mini album. Again, I added the flowers for color.

I hope you don't mind me sharing. Someone sent me an email and I wanted to show them the leaves.

Oh, how pretty! I would be thrilled to have the patterns for these! I bought some thread that is very close to Barely Banana and am anxious to try it out.

I don't have a pattern. All I do is form a ring by chaining 3-5 stitches and joining with a slip stitch. Then I usually make a round of single crochet. The number depends on the number of petals I want my flower to have. I usually allow one single crochet for one petal. Then for the next round, I make a cluster of single, double, and triple crochets in each single crochet. Just keep playing with it until you get something you like.

Wow, these are absolutely beautiful, i have spent 2 days trying to figure out how to do a simple flower and mine looks like a wilted flower that is almost dead. i will have to keep trying.
