Default Crimper for Rubicoil?

Just wondering if any rubicoil owners can help me. Is it worth getting the crimper or can I do without that tool?

TIA!

I don't use the crimper. Just cut it off with scissors and use needle nose pliers to bend it back up inside the coil. Easy!

I do the same thing. No need to buy the crimper!

I bought the crimper and it must be smarter than I am because I can't get the darn thing to work! So...I just use my scissors and pliers.
