Default Cricut Design Studio

Please give me input on the Cricut Design Studio. I have the small Cricut. Would it be something good to invest in?

berylscraps....Personally I have the Design Studio and use it with my Cricut and Expression. I love it! You can use it to weld (join) letters or images. You can delete some parts of images, flip things, cut things to the exact size you want, etc.

Yes, with the original Cricut you are limited to the 6x12 in mat, but using the Design Studio allows you more ability than just the machine alone.

I feel it's worth the investment if it's in your budget.

Like Patti, I think it's worth the investment if you can afford it. I got DS when I had my original Cricut, and it opened up so many more possibilities for that small machine. I upgraded to an E last year, and now I use DS with it too.

I have it and it is cool! I won mine on Ebay for $17.71 with free shipping. There are tons of people selling them regularly so if you are patient, you could get one as cheap as I did!

It is such a time saver! You know how you have to load and unload for each piece or layer of an image. No more! You just place the cutting files on your mat on the screen and line up your card stock accordingly and you only cut it once!
