Default Copic marker new but dried up...help!

I have a Copic marker that I bought about a month ago. When I first got it I used it to add to my Copic chart and it worked fine but when I went to use it today it's completely dried up. The caps were on securely on both ends. Is there something I can do to get it to work, or did I just get a lemon?

Is it dry in both ends? Sometimes the ink will move towards one end or the other. If my memory serves me correctly (help me out here if I'm wrong), taking the lid off of both ends will enable the ink to flow evenly to both ends. Sure hope you didn't get a 'lemon!'

Yes, it's dry on both ends. I took both caps off and nothing happened.

I don't know. I guess I'll contact the company to return it. It's very strange.

That's strange contact me any time a problem like this comes up. If it's a defective marker then we need to return it to the manufacturer for testing.

That's exactly what happened to my marker. It's very strange.

Not to hijack, I have a Copic Multiliner that was going strong and went to use it yesterday- nothing. Dried up. Is this common? Can these be revived or refilled?

Wow..that is weird. I have 2 of this multiliner (.03 & .1) for about 4 months now and is fine. Maybe you should contact Copic.

Don't feel bad. I have 7 markers that I just bought last summer and they are all dried out.
I barely used them.
I decided Copics are not for me as I cannot afford to buy these markers nad refills right away.
