Default Cloud9 Designs--disappointing

I bought a stamp set called Xmas #66044. It's rubber on one side and indexed in black on white plastic on the other. The first time I took it out to use, I could not get it to cling to any stamp press or block. I followed the directions and wiped off the white plastic side, but I still can't get them to stick to anything. Anyone have any tips or know how I can contact Cloud9? TIA, Lisa:mad:

What I've done with SU stamps that had the stickers on and then didn't stick was coated them with some repositionable glue (Tombow Mono Multi in the green & white bottle, or Alene's Tack It Over and Over), which made them stick. But it irks me that something like that is needed - do companies not test this stuff before they decide to use it?

I have some Fiskars rubber stamps that have that same black/white plastic indexing, They seem to stick ok (for now), but the backing is too thick and stiff, and it seems to want to pull the stamp into a cup shape - almost like the indexing shrinks after it's on the rubber.

That's because you need to take off the clear plastic film off of them. They're cut all the way through the white plastic and the clear protective film. I have the same set, and they're sticky enough.

That's ok, I bought the set on Clearance and while I was placing them in a DVD case, I somehow lost the one that said Merry Christmas. I think I might have thrown it out accidentally. So...I bought another set on ebay for $5 only to find out she got that one on clearance for $0.99. (she left the price tag on it) So much for a clearance price, lol.
