Question Carl Cutter Warranty info

Does anyone know how to contact the manufacturer about the warranty. I can't remember where I purchased my Carl DC220 but the paper has started slipping and it doesn't cut straight anymore. It's like it doesn't clamp down properly. I can cut a few pages but if I put more than 5-6 pieces of cardstock it doesn't hold. So I need to contact them to see if it is fixable or replacable. Any ideas?? Thanks.

Never Mind--I found it, just had to ask someone else first before I could find it myself. It is Carl Manufacturing USA.
