Card hanger tabs?

Hi, I am looking for the little hangers that go on the plastic sleeves that cards fit in so that you can hang them on a hook for selling at a boutique. Does anyone know where I might find them or even the correct name so that I could look them up? Thanks,

Not sure exactly what you mean. If you want the little plastic pieces with holes in them that you stick on, I searched for "Hang tabs" and got this site:

I'm a huge fan of clearbags.com too!! I get the hanging bags as well.
