Default calling all lunch tin decorators....

what do you use for your adhesive? I have heard the Mod Podge version but I recently read about someone using the red sticky strip. I was wondering how that worked?
If you have used Mod Podge successfully, can you please share your dos and don'ts.
Thanks

I prefer Mod Podge to the red tape b/c you can see the "edges" of the red tape through thinner papers/fabric, if that makes sense. For the mod podge, I squeeze some on a foam plate and use a 1" foam paintbrush to apply a thin, even layer. I do small vertical sections at a time, working my way around, and smoothing it out with my hand as I go. I have tried different ways of adhering papers/fabrics but this has been the most successful for me. Good luck!

I use Mod Podge as well. I have found it to work best for me with the lunch tins. I use it to both adhere the paper and also to cover it, so that it is sealed. Has worked well and I've had these tins for a few years now!

I have used Modge Podge, ATG and red tape. All have worked well and also held well.
Blessings.
