Am I the only one who didn't know this product is made in England and ships from there ever so slowly, without any notice to you about when you might receive it? AND the company that ships it lets you guess about where they are, just in case you think you might need to return it or ask about delivery.
On the up side, the instructions for use of the product include Tips and Techniques which are VERY useful and helping me get over my anger at there being no inkling, when I purchased, that delivery would take so long.
I'm not sure where you ordered yours. I bought mine through Amazon with a projected delivery date about 4 weeks from when I ordered. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived after about a week.
Hopefully yours will arrive soon!

I also placed my main order off of Amazon. The seller was from the UK, however I received them in about a week. I ordered just a few extra colors from Utrecht Art Supplies, which seems to be a division of Blick's, and again got great service.

Reason: clarification
Sorry you didn't know but if you ordered from colourcraft site there are a few hints to let you know they are not a USA company like their phone number and the prices are listed in euros. I agree that they don't provide a lot of info on ordering as it seems they are more interested in brick and mortar sales.
I bought mine from Blick and Amazon so it didn't take too long.
