Question Best way to adhere organdy ribbon??

I have some "found" organdy ribbon that is perfect for a scrapbook layout. It isn't long enough to bring to the back, so any suggestions for a "no see" method of adhering it to the front of my LO??? I don't think my Mono tape-runner will hold it very well, plus I doubt that it would be invisible. Memory Mount shows also, as well as the red liner tape. What does everyone else use? TIA.

Poke two holes with either a punch or the hammer eyelet setter thingy. If the organdy is wide, you may need to make 2 passes and makes the holes a bit bigger, just do them side by side. The holes should be, well, maybe just shy of 1/4 icnh apart. Then, thread the ribbon up through the holes, one end through each hole, and tie!

I wanted the ribbon to run the width of my 12x12 layout so I ended up using my paper piercer and some coordinating DMC floss and "stitching" it down. I'm really thinking about getting the ATG though. Does the Gold adhesive lay down invisibly for vellum and organdy ribbon and stuff like that? And for the person who suggested a spray adhesive - exactly what do you use and does it really hold organdy well? What kind of tack does it have? What I mean is if it touches the paper, is it permanently stuck there, or can you move and adjust it before it dries? TIA.

I use mini glue dots then fold it over to the back or cover the dot area with flowers or crystals, brads etc.
