Best place to order Basic Grey and Prima Flowers?
Ok, I am giving in. I *need* to order some Basic Grey paper and Primas. What is the cheapest place online? What are your favorite lines of Basic Grey and fav colors of the Primas?
Thanks for your help! (My husband won't thank you, but that's another story! )

The cheapest place I have found for Prima Flowers in eBay. Don't be fooled by the people who are selling only a few and not the bottle though. lol! There are some sellers who have stores set up and they have the full bottles at a little under the regular retail prices that I have seen.
I haven't tried Basic Grey yet but have been wanting to. I like the large Prima Flowers in pinks and purples. I just ordered the Valentine's set, Brights, and By the Sea (I think).

the LARGE flowers are best IMO because they have texturing. the small and medium are great for layering, but the large are BY far the best! I LOVE the vintage and brights colors! The valentine's set was okay, but that red is very fakeyorange and not pretty!

Basic Grey paper
Hi,
The Angel Company sells the Basic Grey paper and we even have 2 lines of it that are not sold in stores-Sophie and Dawson. Both are wonderful! You get 20 sheets and a sheet of tags and a sheet of alphabet letters for $19.95. I know in my LSS, the paper in single sheets is quite expensive. Let me know if you are interested.

Try these sites
Go to Embellish It! http://www.embellishonline.com/ they have them all in stock and they have free shipping for order over $45. They have all the new lines plus you can buy coordinating Bazzill CS with them. I usually buy all my Basic Grey with them.
This place has some Prima Flowers in stock.
http://www.cuttingedgescraps.com/sto...ufacturerid=16 plus they have all the different ones.
Have fun!

Thanks, Kimberly! Is there a place here on SCS or somewhere else online that I can see the differences in sizes of the flowers?
Thanks!

I ordered the Basic Grey paper from www.croppinparadise.com I believe the individual sheets are 63 cents each. That was the cheapest single price sheet I could find. Service & shipping were great! I really love the Lucky series (using it on my Kauai scrapbook) and the new Hang Ten is awesome, too! Let's be honest: they are ALL awesome! Three weeks ago, I had never seen or touched BG in my life. Then mysteriously I now have over 300 sheets. How DID that happen?
The difference between the links you provided: the less expensive one is the kit offered by BG (1 sheet each paper, tags & alphabet sheet). The $22 package is paper only (2 sheets of each paper, total of 36 sheets). The $22 package is hand pulled, so not in packaging. I ordered paper only, as I don't use the stickers. You can still order the tag sheets if you want. I also liked the idea of having 2 sheets of each paper: I have heard stories from people who don't want to cut their BG. If I have 2 sheets, I can cut 1 and save the other in pristine shape .

Lori,
I am like you. I recently discovered Basic Grey and now have quite a bit. But, I am one of the ones afraid to touch and cut it! I need to get over it. I had the same problem with Hodgepodge Hardware for a few months!

If you are looking for the Basic Grey Embellishments A great place to go is Scrapbooking Warehouse. I ordered the 6x6 slipcase of albums and a bunch of embellishments. They use flat rate shipping of $5.99 and I got my stuff 2 days after I ordered it (it helps that I live in IL and the company is in MI, but everything shipped the next day after I ordered!).
The Towering Type stickers are GORGEOUS!!

That's why I ordered at least 2 of each sheet. I can cut a sheet with abandon, knowing I still have 1 in "reserve". Don't know what I will do when I am down to that last sheet, though. Maybe I will be over it by then. So glad to know I am not the only one with this problem.

I had very good service from Embellish-It above. It's the matching Bazzill I can't get over cutting up!
I had never seen BG fibers before and although they do match perfectly, the quantity is not huge and I guess I'd rather go gather it myself.

I just saw this at my LSS today, and almost bought it. It was $29.99, and no shipping, so I guess it was a good price. I wasn't sure about the price. Might have to go back tomorrow. I'm not sure how I would attach the leaves, though. No good place for a brad. Maybe a glue dot?
I thought I had seen a site where you can get the bottles for $5.39 (cheaper that my LSS's price of $6.99). Now I can't find the site.

Lori, you don't need those extra sheets. They're just taking up room in your stash. So, go ahead and drop them in the mail to me ... I'll be HAPPY to keep them safe for you.
...cause, um, my stash of "extras just in case" tend to get LONELY.....

Watch out ... Anna has a way with people ... ... and somehow things just get sent to her and arrive in her mailbox! I had a card a few weeks ago and she mentioned that she was waiting for it to arrive in her mailbox ... and lo and behold ... she got it later that week. Hmmm ... she sure has a way with words!

Anna & Sara"
Wow, thanks for offering to watch my extras. That's so generous (LOL!). I think I better listen to Sara, though. Maybe you can watch them at my house, that way the rest of my collection won't grieve the loss of their "friends". My 6 year old daughter asked if I collected anything. Hmmm, look around the converted dining room, that's where Mommy's collection resides.

I bought this today at my LSS. It is adorable! $29.99 plus tax. I'm wondering now if they will come soon to places like Michael's. I'll die if I find out I could have gotten it with a 40% coupon.
