Default Best cardstock trimmer ?

I need advice. I have been using a 12" Fiskars trimmer (about 5" wide) for years but am ready to graduate to something that cuts more precise measurements. I really want a full size trimmer that has lots of measurements on it so I can cut precise sizes.
I already have a guillotine type cutter that is fine for cutting cardstock in half or quarters, but I want one that I can use to cut lots of different sizes without a lot of readjusting.
I saw Gina K using a wonderful one on her latest demonstration on Stamp TV, but I'm looking for something that I can buy at Hobby Lobby (preferably) or Michaels, using a coupon. Any suggestions would be most appreciated. Thanks.
