Default Which Backgrounder?

Which background would you choose for versatility? Aida Cloth, Flannel Plaid or Sanded?

I already have linen and canvas if that matters..lol

I love Sanded becuase it reminds me one of my favorite paper lines...Basic Grey! I am not a fan of Aida, I have it and I used it once and that card went to the trash lol..

I like all three, but since you already have two fabric-type patterns, Sanded may be the most versatile.

I voted for Flannel Plaid because it's practically impossible to screw up! It has a worn-look so even if you didn't ink it up totally right, it blends in to the rest of that worn-look. BUT, with that being said, I own all three and like them all! Aida Cloth is the most difficult to get inked properly, but it can be done and I like the results.

I chose Sanded also because it looks great on plain card stock or designer paper. By adding it to your designer paper in the color of your choice, you can create a match in color with your SU papers that might not have been there to begin with.

Since you already have Canvas and Linen, I'd go w/ Sanded for versatility. I love Flannel Plaid, but the style has a more limited use.

I have Flannel, and use it A LOT. But I do wish for sanded, lol.
Flannel is good for manly cards too, don't forget!

I like the flannel plaid. It looks great with almost any masculine mens card. it looks great behind christmas cards. Go to the gallery and look at the samples that should help you make your decision. Thats usually what I go by the samples.

I love my aida bg, but I don't have sanded yet so I don't know how much I'd use it. I don't use my flannel very much. HTH

I voted for Flannel Plaid. As others have said, it is wonderful for masculine and Christmas - but also makes a fab Baby card in any pastel... looks like a crib blanket!

I voted plaid cause while sanded is nice it can be easily achieved with sandpaper and a brayer

I voted for Flannel Plaid. I have Aida, Canvas and Linen and the three of them are so very similar. The plaid is a great addition to so many styles of cards. Especially winter and holiday cards.

I chose sanded...it's new, and we all love new. ;) My second choice would be Aida Cloth.

I would choose the flannel or Aida Cloth. You can create the sanded look with our sanding block on glossy cardstock. So I would get the ones you can't really duplicate first. I want them all but Sanded is last on my list just because I can make it myself.
