Anna Griffin Go Press n Foil machine

Does anyone have one of these? Does it work well? Where to buy? Its hard to find stuff like this in Canada!

I have one and it does work well, If you get one keep in mind that shims are needed most of the time. It usually comes with lots of foil and it would be enough to do a lot of experimenting. I got mine on HSN (Amazon has them too). The foil that is needed to be used in the machine can be be bought at same places. No other foil can be used in it. BUT you dies can be used, they are making more "foil stamp" dies (Anna Griffin and Couture Creations) it will also use your embossing folders to foil too.

I have one and it works well. If you can get hold of foils for the TODO machine, they work too. You use it in conjunction with any die-cutting machine with a 6" wide and 1" high (minimum) mouth. Different things will each have their own learning curve eg a paper will needs different shims to a thick cardstock or ribbon or vellum etc. A hotfoil stamp will have different shims to a die or an embossing folder. Using it cold, it acts as a letterpress or as a stamping platform.

Darn! I just ordered a whole slew Thermoweb Decofoil from Joann's but I also ordered the Go Press machine. So I can't use it in this machine?

No paint I am sorry it wont work on Go Press and Foil.

It needs to be a "heat-activated" foil. (sorry, I don't know any info on what you've ordered).
