Wplus9 white ink praise!!!
I just received my pkg and let me tell you....it's the LAST white ink you'll ever have to buy. No more searching for a white ink that shows up well on Kraft or dark cardstock. It's awesome. Kudos to Wplus9 for solving that problem. You must try it. I can't say enough good things about it.

I've never heard of this brand. Is it readily available at the big box stores or is it an online purchase? Thanks,

They are an online store. Here is the link: WPlus9 Design Studio - Photopolymer Clear Stamps
I've ordered stamps from them but not ink. I may have to give the white ink a try!

The inkpad is the spongy type. Oh. So. Wonderful.

Okay, just ordered one of these pads and 4 reinkers. I bet I have at least 8 or 9 different white ink pads and none of them 'cut it', so thanks very much for this product info. Now if I could just stop my white pens from clogging ::ugh::
I also bought some kraft colored paper and a set of lace stamps and I can't wait to try this paper and these stamps with the white ink.

Would you be able to post a few samples? I would love to see white lace on Kraft. Thanks for sharing the info, looking forward to buying my "last" white ink pad!

Oy vey, I just bought Stewart Superior Memories Unicorn! I have to say I am very happy with it, it's the best white I have used so far. But you can never dangle a white pigment ink in front of me and have me not wonder "Will this be even better?"
And I see there are other things on that website that I want. Unsurprisingly.

I ordered white ink and a refill, plus a couple of other things. Never can order just what I went to the site for...

That's my problem. If I order the ink and a refill, there's another $20 item I won't be able not to order.

Hi.
I'm not sure why (because I'm a techie person), but I have not uploaded photos to my computer.
That said, lately I've been thinking that I'd really like to start adding some of the things I make to my SCS gallery.
Soooo (taking a deep breath LOL), I'll give it a whirl this weekend and see if I can get a decent photo and upload it to this thread.
So thanks, Dotty, for the request.
One small step for SCS, one GIANT leap for me

If it had not been for that stunning Chantilly Lace set, I might have been able to resist. Alas. So threw the ink on there with a reinker.
I have been happy with my Memories Unicorn white, it is the best so far, but now maybe something even better.
And the Lace. With the matching edge die.
Pricecheck, you did me a double-edged favor alerting me to this company, if you know what I mean.

I did buy several reinkers though. Since I don't use white often, do you think I should store my inkpad upside down? Didn't help keep my Stazon On pad from drying out. All my other inkpads are stored on their side in a drawer. I have tried the Studio G, Brilliance, Colorbox, Stazon On, etc. and have not been impressed by any of them.
Thank you for sharing your 'find'. |
Glad to hear you are happy with the ink.

Yes, I got mine and am impressed by it, too. And the Chantilly Trim stamp set I also bought is beautiful and will be getting lots of use. Nice to know about this company. Thanks!

Keep having to repurchase the white because I don't use it often enough. The pad dries out and gets hard (petrified foam). |
Tsukineko Brilliance will work well for stamping on acetate. Unlike the StazOn it doesn't dry instantly, but gentle heat (I use a hairdryer) will speed it up. Moonlight White will do the job for you .

I bought this white ink too, but it's identical to the Memories white ink pad, both made by Stewart Superior. So now I have two white ink pads/refills that work exactly the same. Anyone want to buy 1 set?

There is only one white ink pad. The other one listed is a refill.

Well they are now sold out. That's what I get for not seeing this yesterday. LOL. Anyway if you were wondering about the white gel pens. SU just came out in the Holiday catalog a white chalk writer that is great. I ordered 2. It works great and no more shaking and trying to get those gel pens to work. Just saying.
