Default Stampin Up Pastels - New Color Kit

Hi....Just received my Stampin Pastels - new color kit and was suprised to see all the empty holes. Apparently I am supposed to remove chalk colors from my old kit and put them in the new color kit. (Example - Rose Red didn't retire so you have to take it out of your current kit and put it in the new one)

Two questions : how do you remove the chalks from the old kit without breaking them and what kind of glue should I use to cement them in the new kit.

Oops !!! "katielady" here again. I just assumed these were glued. I took both kits out just now to see how big a job this would be and was surprised to see that none of them are glued down so I guess this post can be ignored.
