Question Multipurpose platform

Can anyone tell me the length of the multipurpose platform?

How does it works with the extended cutting pads?

Is there a multipurpose platform available that is the same size as the extended cutting pads?

Thanks for any and all help.

The mpp is about 9 inches long. I don't think there is such a thing as an extended mpp. I have used the extended acrylic plates to cut one of those long border dies and it works just fine. When you are using something like the onesie die, they are thick and you don't need a longer mpp, just the extended acrylic plates.

Linda......Just as Kathy says is correct. The only extended thick pad is for the wafer thin dies that I know Sizzix has put out. I can't say that I've seen those in quite some time, but maybe I'm just missing them.

The extended dies are thick enough to go through the machine with just the extended cutting pads.
