The cheapest way is to order it in the 8oz. refill!
They have it a few places but here's one I found quick:

I was very excited to see that GinaK has the refill bottles in her site so, i added one to my stamp order and arrived really quick and packaged beautifully.
( its not funny when liquids or powders open up in the mail you know?)
