HELP with Cuttlebug

Im new around here and very lost.
Can someone tell me if I can use Sizzix Simplee Impressions Embossing Folders (the gold ones) in my Bug Machine?

I know you can use the sizzix dies - They work great in a cuttlebug. Is there any harm in trying? Are they a soft plastic like the bug ones?

More like a bendable metal. I just dont want to break my new toy.

Hmmm...I think I know what you're talking about. Did you check the bug manual? Any info there? The bug is well-known for accepting dies and embossing folders from many other companies. If it's a flexible metal embossing folder, I would give it a try. Turn the handle slowly. If you're still in doubt, go to the Provocraft (maker of the bug) website and send them an email.

I have used these in my bug. I had to pass the sandwich through the machine several times (back and forth) to make a deep enough impression though...

Okay, I don't have a bug YET. Wondering if the cuttlebug dies work on the sizzix machine. I have read where the sizzix dies work on the bug.

Every die works with a Cuttlebug - but the 3x3 dies and embossing folders are too big to go into a sizzix. They do work with the big shot tho.
