Default Crystal Effects?

I have seen cards in the gallery with this on them. I can see that it makes something shine.

When I'm at the store I totally forget to look for it! Where would I find it? How is it applied to the image?

TIA,
Ginger

Hi Ginger,
Here's some info on the Crystal Effects - It's AWESOME!
Gives a high-gloss finish to any image
Creates amazing 3-D effects
Distributed exclusively by Stampin’ Up!
Water based for quick and easy cleanup (except on clothes.... from experience!)
Dries completely within an hour, depending
how thick it is applied

I've used it to create 3-d images, an adhesive when altering stuff, and hold glitter and emblishments wonderfully.

Crystal Effects is a Stampin Up product, you can order it from your local demo and you won't have to worry about remembering to look for it when you are out. Very cool product with lots of potential on your cards. HTH

If you want to get it locally, then look for Diamond Glaze. Same Stuff.

The thing about Crystal Effects is that you can do unbelievable things with it. I fixed my Mom's microwave a year ago, and it is still holding. I fixed my eyeglasses frames, and they were 27 years old! Still holding. It is a glue that won't quit, a way of adding gloss to images, make spots of dew on flowers, put it on waxed paper and add glitter to make icicles. The list goes on and on!

It's really cool stuff. You can even try dropping the crystal effect on eyes to give it a shine - i.e. the owl in the Just Celebrate stamp set. Totally cool effect. That's a great idea to use it on ice cubes too. Good luck.

There was a card I saw recently that used CE as little falling raindrops. Very cute!
