Several months ago I purchased 150 refills from Office Depot. I think I paid $2.60 per refill. You have to call and ask for their bulk buy department. 150 was the minimum quantity you could order to get the best price. I split the order with many friends.

I get my mono refills from Sam's club but you have to order them online. They were under $3 last time I ordered and they ship right to the house and are very quick, within three days.
