Default re-inking SU markers

The other day I found a video tutorial on re-inking SU! markers with re-inkers. Of course, I didn't have the time to watch the video, and I can't find it again for the life of me. Has anyone done this? How is it done and does it work well?

TIA!

Julie has an awesome video tutorial on her blog - is that the one you were thinking of? Here's the link: http://paperpleasing.typepad.com/my_...-your-sta.html

I haven't done it personally, but will refer to her technique when I need to!

Hope that helps.

I have done this several times and it really is simple to do and it works.

For the brush tip, use a pair of tweezers, grasp the tip at the base and gently pull straight up and out. Drop the reinker in the well of the pen. It literally only takes 3 or 4 drops. Reinsert the tip then scribble for minute or so to get the ink down into the tip.

For the writing tip, I found that I had to use pliers rather than tweezers. Grasp the plastic collar (not the tip itself) and follow the directions as above.
