Broken Punch?

Has anyone ever had one of their SU punches break? I think my rund scallop punch is broken. When I use it the punch it stays together and I have to knock it on the table to get it to open.

Silly as this sounds - try putting it in the freezer for about 10 minutes, then punch through foil a few times, then through wax paper.

I had a punch, not SU, that stuck. I froze it and then punched through foil and it works great now.

If that doesn't work, call your demo and she should be able to get it replaced for you if it's a new purchase.
