I really love Twinkling H2O's too. I had a lot of them and then last year when they had their "Going Out of Business Sale" I bought a bunch more. I think I have all 152 colors now. Not that I'm OCD or anything like that.

They are my favorite coloring method. I use an aqua brush. It's so easy and I love the shimmer and pretty colors.

I only have 4 colors that came in a set, but I am certain I will buy more of them in time. I really like the effect they produce!!
I used a a paint brush dipped in water to apply them , however, I have an aqua painter and next time I use them I will try that .

I have way too many of them but wouldn't give up a single one! They are so easy to use and I love the effect.

I purchased a small set on sale during a convention and I wish now that I had purchased more of them. They are so wonderful.

I just read that they were reformulated. How? Are they better? Worse? 'Bout the same?

I dont know about reformulation. They are currently on sale until 3/31. the website is now dreamingincolor.com. After that, some of the most popular colors will be manufactured by a different manufacturer.

I know the artists that use the WOJ stamps in the UK use the H2O's with those a lot and they look so beautiful. At first I thought they were using copics but found out they weren't. Wish I could blend them that well!!!
