Tonic Guillotine Paper cutter - anyone own this?

So does anyone have this cutter? Do you like it? I'm still in search of a portable paper cutter and from what I have read on my post regarding Cutterpede, I'm thinking that might not be the best for me. How about this one? My SIL just got one for Christmas, but since she is home with a newborn baby I don't want to call her to ask about it. There is a write up on cutters in May/June Simple Scrapbooks and this is one of 4 they mentioned, but they aren't rated, just the features are listed.

Hope I'm not posting too much on this topic.

I don't own one only because I have small children. Club scrap sells these and EVERYONE on that list serve who has bought one LOVED it. Plus, the blade apparently self sharpens and never needs to be resharpened.

I LOVE my Tonic cutter! It cuts nice and straight and I really enjoy the self-sharpening feature. I have young kids at home also so when I am not using it I keep it up and out of reach.

The more I research it the more I am leaning toward it. Although it might cost a little more at first I wouldn't have to buy replacement blades or cutting strips, so that would really save in the long run. Plus, from what I have read you can cut really thin strips. That is one of the frustrations I have with my current trimmer. It won't trim off a small amount without it being ragged or not cutting all the way through. Anyone know of a site with a good price on these?

Where can you find the Tonic cutter? I have one by Fiskars, and it's ok, but would like to check out others! Thanks,
Mary

I ended up ordering one last night from Joanns it was under guillotine cutters and they offered free shipping for orders over $25. The cost was $36.74 which is better than $38 to $39 I had seen at other places. I also found a site with a lot of positive reviews about it that you and others might be interested in reading.

I guess I'll keep my Fiskars for cutting insides out of mats (interior cuts) and for the scoring blade that I have, but I think I will use this new one more for day to day cutting.
