Tim Holtz 12.25 inch Maxi Trimmer
 

For you who have the new Tim Holtz 12.25 in Guilliotine Trimmer do you like it? Does the ruler at the top have 1/4 and 1/8 inch markings? I just ordered one from Scrapbook.com.

I have it and love it. Yes, it has clear markings across the top for 1/4 and 1/2" cuts. Did I say I love it? ;)

I don't have Tims, but other than the colour, it's identical to an X-Cut one I bought at least 10 years ago. I think X-Cut may be a subsidiary of Tonic. I can tell you it is still cutting as well now as it did when I got it.

You already got yours but I still have to say that I LOVE this trimmer! I got mine from My Favorite Things (MFT). There are no 1/8" measurement markings, but there are 1/4" ones. If I need to cut on the 1/8", it is easy to place the paper halfway between two 1/4" markings.

I have had the smaller TH version of this cutter for over a year and loved it so much that I bought the bigger version when it came out so that I could cut A2 paper lengthwise and cut 12x12 paper.
