Question Those that have the cuttlebug flower die set?

I just got this set and wanted to check with others that have it, if the 2 larger flowers are the same size and you really have 3 sizes and not 4 different sizes?? I hope my questions makes sense

You really should have 4 different sizes of flowers. Return it to the store or contact ProvoCraft.

I just looked at my flower die cuts to be sure: there are 4 different sizes of flowers in the set.

The two largest are not too much different, but one is definitely larger than the other.

If your set has 2 large ones the exact same size, it must be a defective set, and I would sure return it.

I noticed when I was looking at the die sets at Michaels that one of the tag die cut sets had a duplication. It was supposed to have squares and circles and only had squares. I took the package to the clerk and told her it was defective to save someone from picking it up and being disappointed when they got home.

I think sometimes when a company is in a rush to get new products to market, there are always glitches with the manufacturing, and you have to look closely at what you buy when it is all packaged up.

I was reading a thread yesterday that mentioned lots of mispackaging and even defective cuttlebug dies (especially the letter "c" in the Red Tag Sale Alphabet). Everyone said they were simply calling Provocraft and they were sending out a new die to replace the defective one with no questions asked. I think this has been a pretty big problem. I'm sure they will fix it for you.

Yeah, I'm one of the ones with the defective lowercase "c." I thought I could live with it, but it's rather annoying. I guess I'll call Provocraft and tell them about it. What bites is that the original one I bought was missing the die with the "y" on it. That one also had the deffective "c." Hopefully they'll send one that's "normal."

Well, I just checked and my "c" is defective, too. I bought it on eBay. What do I do now?

call Provocraft and tell them you have a flat c and request a replacement. They will send one, but it may take a while to get it... Good luck!

Oh, I dunno...once you manage to navigate the stupid voice mail system you get when you call, I've not had any problems. So far, these are the issues I've had and how they've dealt with them:

a) B plate cracked when using a Sissix die. Since I heard on Splitcoast that some B plates were defective, I called Provocraft and they sent me two new B plates.

b) One plate on my Fancy Pants alphabet had the wrong dies on it...the face showed one thing and on the other side the dies were a duplicate of another plate. I called Provocraft and they said I should return it to the store I bought it at and get another one. Took it back to Michael's, who exchanged it without a problem.

c) My Red Tag alphabet had the flat C and I just called a couple of days ago and Provocraft is sending me a new one.

I finally navigated through their prompts and talked to a real sweet gal who said they would get it out right away. I haven't seen it yet....been only about 5 days. So....we'll see.
