The Tape Depot shipping cost

I just placed and order with The Tape Depot and was told that shipping cost for 24 rolls of tape was going to be $25, I cancelled the order, I am not paying that much for tape when I only paid $12 6 months ago. Can anyone tell me where I can order ATG tape for the 714 dispenser that ship's to Canada and the shipping doesn't cost more than a 12 pack of tape. Thanks.

I am guessing that free shipping if you spend $50 doesn't count to Canada?????
