Success with Cling Cushion and mounting SU stamps
 

I was so worried about doing this, and it turns out to be so easy. I bought some Cling Cushion (thin), and mounted several sets of SU stamps that I had bought with wood blocks but hadn't mounted yet. I peeled the paper off the sticky side of the rubber stamp and off the sticky side of the Cling Mount (cut to size, just a little larger than the stamp), stuck them together, sticky sides together, then trimmed around the edge. Works great! I'm storing them in CD cases with the insert removed, and the SU sticky label sheet as a cover picture/insert. Saves tons of room.

Ok, what exactly is Cling Mount? Is it see through?

Oops, it's called Cling Cushion (similar to another product called EZ Mount). It's a very thin cushion (available in 2 thicknesses) that has one sticky side (to stick on your unmounted rubber stamp) and one smooth side (which adheres to your acrylic block for stamping). It is not see through.
