I think that was Cutters Creek. But they have since increased the minimum to $20.

Oh, Joann.com has the folders too and they're on sale ($3.49 each!). So if you're in the Free Shipping Club or use a coupon you can get free shipping there too. For some strange reason they don't have the images for the holidays ones. So check out the image and name from other sites.
