Default SU blender pen refillable?

I checked the catalog and it didn't state that the SU blender pens are refillable so was wondering if they were. I read where Dove blenders were refillable and was wondering if anyone has used the Dove's. I like the refillable and buying new ends part about Dove's and was thinking about getting some.

I have one SU blender pen my sister gave me and I couldn't find a way to refill. Thanks.

I think you can "refresh" your SU pen by putting a little blender pen refill (either Dove makes some or you can make your own) in a small cap and then leaving your pen point down in the cap to soak up the solution. I have never done it.
I think they are basically the same. I have used both.

Thanks for the info and for the link to Ruby Slippers Blog. Interesting stuff there and some very pretty cards. I need to get some more Cuttlebug embossing folders!

She likes Dove pens and does what you suggested Cathy, putting the end in the refill bottle for awhile instead of refilling the pen. Now I know!

There's another company called TAC (the angel company) that sells the dove pens with the refills and solution to add when you need it.

Here is the directions for the refill pen.
This will make a 1 ounce bottle of refill:
2 tsp. Glycerin
4 tsp. Distilled water
1/4 tsp. alcohol
Mix this together and save in a capped bottle.
Just take the rubber tip on your SU blender pen and pull straight up and the rubber tip slides out. Take an eye dropper or old medicine dropper and add the fluid to the pen. It only takes a small amount...then slide the rubber tip back into your pen. Your all set.
