Default Storing/Displaying Cards?

How do you all store or keep track of the cards you make?

I've seen the 4 1/4x5 1/2 pocket sleeves on ebay but can't seem to find another source anywhere. These look like they would work well. Does anyone have experience with them? Do they help keep you organized and where do you usually get them?

Love any advice -- right now all mine are in a basket and it takes forever to find the card I'm looking for!

Thx in advance....

I did buy the pocket sleeves on ebay and the only thing I don't like is that they won't hold the envelopes and I make those to match at the same time. I also use a 5 x 7 photo album and this will hold the cards and envelopes together, but they aren't as secure.

I'd like to know what others do too.

What I did was take an ordinary file folder and covered it with DSP and then made pockets for my swap cards and cards that I make. Easy to take out and replace. There are four pockets to a side, so 8 pockets per file. I try to keep them in order of say "Embossing", "Watercoloring", "Punches"; etc. I keep them in a really nice file folder tote that I got at Michael's, that way I can take them to a workshop or craft fair and they don't take up a ton of room. I haven't actually had a chance to take a picture of them yet, but will try to upload to my blog in the next day or so if anyone is interested.

do you happen to have a picture of how you do it...

Maybe I am a little slow, but I am having a hard time picturing it.

Thanks

I bought the sleeves off of ebay and I LOVE them! They fit the cards like a glove and fit in a standard 3 ring binder. I also have straight 8 1/2"x11" page protectors for those "odd sized" cards.

I'll actually be buying more soon, as the ones I just got are almost full!

Oh for sure case away...i don't mind at all. Have fun making them in your favorite colors etc. I enjoy looking at what I have a lot more than in a box where they just pile up. Let me know when you've made one, I'd love to see it!
