Which alphabet size do you use most in your cardmaking and scrapbooking? The sizzix letters are about 1 1/2 inch tall and alot of the sizzlets are 5/8 inch tall.
I have used the Sizzlets "Bounce" alphabet on card fronts a couple of different times - usually just one or two words - not a whole poem or anything like that. It can be a really neat effect. I think the regular Sizzix alphabets would be too large.
I bought a set and HATED them. I sold them on ebay. They were too hard to glue down. Each letter had to be glued and I didn't want to waste that much xyron.....and you had to cut every single letter. I much prefer stamps! Cheaper, Easier, and no mess.....plus you probably already have ink in multiple colors unlike the sizzix where you'd have to buy multiple colors of paper.
I have both, but probably get more use out ofmy sizzlet alphabet. The reason is you can used just one part of the letter or the letter stacked with both parts. So it is like getting two alphabets in one. I do really like them. They are small, but the 2way glue pen works well.
i have the sizzix lollipop and i really like it. I have the little xyron in the shape of an x and thats what I use to apply adhesive. I have cut a bunch of letters out of plain paper so I always have the letters cut unless i need something special. Hope this helps.
