Default Circle Cutter

Wondering if there are any suggestions for a circle cutter. For circles 4inches or larger. Any thoughts about Martha Stewarts

I have the EJ Success and I cannot for the life of me get it to work AT ALL hahaha (user error, I'm sure.......).

So I just found the Martha Stewart at Walmart for $7 so I got it and I'll give it a try. Thanks for the thread and for the helpful suggestions
