Default Making cards out of different size punches?

I just seen some cards that a lady made and they were unreal. They all were made using different size die-cuts, circles, hearts, squars etc. Some of them were folded to make puppy dog ears and hearts were used to make dresses. I asked if they would mind sharing information on how to do that but have not gotten any response. If anyone knows of a web site that has this type of information would you mind sharing it with me?

Thanks,
