Question Which Su layering punch

I'm trying to decide which Su layering punch I need to have, the doily triple layer or the blossum bouquet triple. Do you use one more? Are you having any trouble cutting thru su paper?
Thanks for your input into my punch obsession.

EK Success (maker of the SU punches) has some layered punches out. There is one, 'Round Flower', that is similar to the SU Blossom Bouquet. You could use a coupon at Michael's or JoAnn and try it out.

Have tried it on SU paper and it cuts well.

I, also, have a layered punch 'Jack-O-Lantern' pumpkin-works fine.

I know you were asking about the SU punches but thought I would let you know that there are similar punches out there that can be bought with a coupon then you can save some of your SU budget on something else. (notice I said save-LOL)

I think the triple blossom is more versatile. No trouble punching through cardstock although you do have to make sure you go through all three phases of the punch on the last punch out...tendency is not to "lay into" the punch enough.

I have the triple blossom one. I figured I'd get more use out of that one than the doily one. I'm not into doily's at all. I use all my punches in just in my hand, but for this one I put it on my table, stand up and really give it a hard shove. I haven't had any issues with mine. In fact, I made 50 cards using it. I had all 3 layers on 50 cards, so that's alot of punching!

I tried the triple blossom punch yesterday at my demo's house. Neither my demo nor I could get the first part to cut cleanly, and we stood and put some weight into it. We were using DSP, not cardstock. The second and third ones cut well.

And although I had never seen the puch before, my local JoAnns had the EK success layer puch on clearance for 4.97 yesterday, and had even sent me a 20% off clearance items coupon, so I snatched it up. I will look at the doily one from SU now. I am not sure which is more useful. Probably should check out the gallery.
