The Sizzix 12" Big Shot Pro

Okay, I decided last night (while making 50 treat containers that would have been super easy with a larger machine) that I MUST have this baby. It's not that I need the huge dies (though I'm sure I'll end up with some), but I want to send through paper that's wider than 6". Can't do that with my BK.

I think the Pro is going to be available soon. I've seen "shipping in November" on a couple sites. Has anyone seen a price better than $279 + free shipping?

I hope M's & J's carry it and I can use a coupon, but the stores are getting picky about what you can buy with the 50% coupons.

So is this thing in stores yet?

bumping this...wondering if the Big Shot Pro is in stores yet?

I haven't seen it yet, nor is it available at the online stores I've been stalking. I think there must be a delay at Sixxi's end, because a couple sites say "shipping in November" but they still don't have the machines & accessories yet.

I just bought it! I've bought Sizzix from this gal before and she has excellent service.

Her price for the Big Shot Pro, including shipping, is $269. The machine weighs about 45 pounds, so she charges a flat rate for shipping it. It's not part of her current "buy $100 and get free shipping."

Shipping for the machine may show up in the cart at first, but it'll come off during checkout. My cart first showed $269 for the machine and $36 for shipping, but I called and got the scoop regarding the process for this heavy item. The $36 did come off as I progressed through checkout.

I don't have any big plans to use a lot of the 12" dies, but I'm excited to be able to send 12x12 scrapbook paper through with ANY die I have. I can put the cut anywhere on the paper!

I just saw the same offer, but I don't think I'm going to bite yet. I have a small fortune invested in sizzix dies, Big Shot and Cricuit.

Me too! I'm rationalizing this by saying that I'll be able to use my dies in even more circumstances. LOL
