A proper flow into the mold has not been achieved and the bottom ribs should not ghost through to the front . A proper analysis was not completed and this is a sign of a design flaw. When you score you can feel the hesitation over the bottom ribs. You have made use of the flaw. Well done.
I know about design flow analysis as we spent months on this feature with the Scor-Pal to achieve the proper thickness to our board so ghosting would not occur and you would achieve one long smooth score with no hesitation.
