Silhouette SD Thumbnail problem
Hopefully one of you many techno savvy members can help me. Here's my problem - I purchased some Hero Arts digital die cuts from the Hero Arts site and when I download them and then imported them into my Silhouette program the thumbnails do not appear in 'My Library'. The image has been imported but I have to increase the line width and change the color of the image when I use it and then it shows up. I then save the colored image as a template/master so I have a reference for later use.
Silhouette support has suggested some things to try but they haven't worked - downloading and importing again, reindexing, and making sure that I have the lastest verison of the software (which I do).
I hope I don't have to live with the earlier mentioned workaround because it's a little frustrating. There are several other Hero Arts die cuts that I'd like to purchase but not if this is going to be a continuing problem.
Anyone else have this problem? How did you fix it?
