Great customer service
So hears my story...My hubby bought me a Cricut Expression a month or so ago. I used it once then replaced the protectant cover on the mat and put it away. Well last week I went to use the mat, removed the cover and all of the sticky stuff came off the mat with the cover. So frustrated with this I sent an email to provo craft on Saturday about it and they sent me an email the next day (Easter) saying it was defective and will be mailing me a new mat. I figured they would probably replace it but man that was a quick response. Just wanted share my positive experience.
