That's not a good sign...I was considering ordering a set from them. CHA or not, as a business I think you should provide customer service in a timely fashion. You can get internet access anywhere these days. If I were buying from a small ebay seller or something I could understand, but not a "company". If I didn't hear from someone after 4 days MAX, I'd be leary. I just sent an email to an ebay seller about an item and she emailed me back in 10 minutes and this is a power seller with over 9,000 items sold, so that tells me she is customer service oriented. That makes me VERY happy!
PTI is an excellant company....I just received my tracking notice 10 minutes ago.
So order's on the way out!!!
Never, ever worry about Papertrey. You will get your order. I too think CHA was a very busy time for EVERYBODY!!!
I tend to agree with the above, it's a very slim portion of their customers who care and/or know they were at PTI. Business should continue as usual, unless an announcement is made that the "shop will be closed" or something along those lines. And I didn't see anything like that.
IMO, PTI customer service is slow. They are helpful once they get to you, but it does take a long time. I think they've gotten by on their reputation for stellar products for a long time now, but I really think some improvements on customer service are due. And don't get me started on CHA - I'm still irritated about having to wait in line for hours. But that's another story (which is on my blog)

I ordered some things from PTI over the weekend and I've received notice they have been sent out. I live in Ohio but I don't think that makes much difference in delivery.
I have never had problem with PTI customer service, I have always gotten responses within 24 hours.
As well they have their own forum where you can ask questions and they are QUICK to respond, whether is shipping, customer service etc... http://forum.papertreyink.com/forum/

I never got an answer from them either. I reported a broken cd stamp storage I had to throw away but no reply, this was months ago. When I see a new release that I like, I have to think twice and never orders. I got so turned off with their customer service.
Oh! I was delighted with my first shipment of PTI to Canada about 3 - 4 weeks ago!! I bought the new buttons and bits set, and a lot of buttons. I had a few questions and I got replies very quickly - and my package got here with lightening speed!!
I would guess it's just the CHA that is slowing them down.
