I want to try out a couple of these and I'm also getting some stickles from ATRS. What exactly are these pens, are they like stickles, like SU's white gel pen, totally different?
Also, on the ATRS site I see packs of them mostly. Is that what I want? LOL which ones? Should I look somplace else for individual ones?
Is that an individual pen or in a set? I'm finding mostly packs of pens on ATRS, now I'm not opposed  to getting an entire pack if that's the only way to get what all the cool kids have, but just want to make sure I get the *right* ones...
I wanted to try one before buying a pack and Michaels had them for about $2so I got the Stardust clear (I think) then went back for a few more; once you start adding it to your card, it's hard to stop! It's so easy to add a little sparkle using these!

Sakura has lots of cool pens! The Stardust come in clear and many other colors, and they are the sparkliest pens I have ever seen...lots of fun to color line images in with. You can get an idea of the shimmer from this card of mine, I colored in everything but her skin with Stardust pens: Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
I also have the Glaze pens, which leave a shiny, very slightly raised effect when they are dry. I have not been able to capture a good picture of this. They come in about 15 colors, plus clear. The clear is great to go over an image after you color it in. The Glaze pens, I understand, will also work on vellum and transparencies, though I have not tried it.
There is also Souffle pens, of which I haven't found locally. They are supposed to be a lot like the Glaze, but opaque (can't see through it). They also work on vellum and transparencies.
I just bought the Stardust and the black glaze pens at my LSS yesterday. They both came in packs of two. I haven't used them on a card yet, but tested them on scrap paper and love the effect. I can't wait to find more!
Doesn't Michael's have a couple different package of these? Which would you buy? Darn it! Everytime I think I have everything I could ever need, you gals make me want to buy something else! LOL!

I LOVE the clear Stardust, it's awesome! I ordered mine from StarLitStudio. Her service is great, and she sent me a few 7Gypsies ephemera for free with my order. I also got the black Glaze from her and it looks likes embossing. You can address an envelope, and it looks like you embossed it-very cool.
Stickles is the best stuff ever-I use it almost every time I stamp. I like the original better than the Ice. The Ice has much bigger chunks of glitter, it's beautiful, but I just don't like the effect on cards as much as the original. You can get Stickles at The Cropping Corner, among other places. I like them because my sister works there!!

I have all of the above...I teach in a local stamp store.....so have access to them all, PLUS they now have Metallic out...wait til you see them !!!!
GORGEOUS !!!
I've used then with outline stickers as well.....they are gorgeous....expecially when using Christmas stickers....just peel the outlines off, place on CS, then colour them in, great way to make a quick card!
You can also use the glaze as a watercolour.....colour the area, then use a blender pen to draw out the colour, leaving beautiful shading....and they dry looking like enamel!
